For interfaces, did you add your labels on the links or the nodes? Below is in my setup where I have added some labels to a link and it is shown like below in the web console

Not that I am aware of, but you can do a multi-select of objects and choose the 'Select Graphic' and 'Default for object type' in the Home ribbon to change to multiple devices in one go

Do you have access to an install of DPA? You will find the links under Options > Monitor Setup > Mass Registration Announcing Beta for Database Performance Analyzer (DPA)

Have you considered using SAM (Server & Application Monitor) to monitor these servers via WMI? You can monitor these servers via WMI using NPM as well, but you will not get the network interface stats via WMI unless you have SAM.

You alert is looking to identify application monitors, not nodes. What is the objective of this alert? What is in the application template? How are you getting the data for the component monitors in this template?

Is this for a single node or multiple nodes? Does it have to be a table or you OK with a chart? If a chart is OK with you, you can simply click on the charting dashboard resources (for the legacy ones or on the export button for the newer chart resources), adjust the chart width, relative time frame and sampling interval…

This is most definitely not typical behavior, and I would bet on something environmental. Which versions of the products are you running? You can see them in the footer of the login screen.

The clustering would be transparent to NTA and NPM (NTA requires NPM to be in place first). There is no SolarWinds software to be installed on the SQL cluster nodes. Although NTA requires the SQL database, it uses it for some very lightweight metadata stuff. All the flow information is stored in the Flow Storage DB…

You can have different node details views for each user (if EMEA server team has their own login just for their servers). For the same user, you can also define different views based on the device type - take a look at the Views by Device Type under the Settings section

First of all, if you think 10 unique events in 60 seconds will fire too many rules, you should consider increasing that event count to be greater than 10 for a true representation of abnormal activity To answer your question for your rule definition, each unique source machine that matches the correlation criteria should…

muckman, in the current shipping version MSMQ still works if the necessary ports for RabbitMQ aren't open. So, MSMQ hasn't been dropped. There aren't any problems with MSMQ as such but RabbitMQ allows us to make some architectural changes which would not be possible with just MSMQ.

SNMP does have a higher precedence over WMI. You can completely remove the SNMP community strings from the discovery settings targeted at your servers.

If you are looking in HOME tab, Alerts view - the alert might have been reset. So, you won't find it here as it only shows active alerts. You should have a record of it in the HOME tab, Events view.

This is most likely due to the pagination (i.e,. having to press the space bar to scroll through the command output). You can disable that by adding the appropriate Huawei commands to the RESET command of NCM template. Below is an example for a Cisco template, and you can see the location of these command template files

In those good ole days, that job was necessary was because the databases were separate In NCM 7.4, it is truly another Orion product. So, there is no longer a notion of NCM node vs NPM node. It is simply a node. So, this kind of synchronization is no longer necessary. You edit a node and assign an NCM license to a node if…

You don't need an Advanced sql report for this. Simply add report filters on the date time field.
