There is a Tool for that on the Server itself. It’s not the ideal Option but it works. I don’t recall the name at the moment, but I will let you know.

With "big disk" I tend to leave out the visualization of Disk utilization and rely on my alerts that take large/small disks into consideration. However I like your Feature Request

Are you suggesting something like eBonding for separate SNow instances? e.g. you are a service provider and you are using SWSD and your clients use SNow, so your clients can open tickets in their ITSM Tool and this pushes over to SWSD?
