Jeremy is no longer with Solarwinds for almost 2 years now, so he might not answer.
-
In the same boat with at least one of my clients. Case # - 01360057
-
I think you can just „delete“ it in the „Data-owner“ part of the config-Menu. Let me check in my test environment.
-
Did you maybe change the ID? how was the template created? Manually or via the ARM template Generator? has there been any updates made to ARM (version update)?
-
I think it’s worth a try. Like I said, I have read through some Threads where ab update fixed their issues.
-
What kind of queries are you running against SWIS, could you post an example? when/with what action are you observing this problem?
-
Well, the latest version is 2023.2, i‘ve read through some older posts from 2 years ago where someone stated „the latest patch fixed their issue“. any reasons why you are still on an older version of the Platform?

Einfach auf Deutsch fragen. Vielleicht antwortet jemand auch auf Deutsch…. thwack.solarwinds.com/.../deutsche-inhalte-in-thwack
-
Most likely not, but you can always download the latest version and upgrade the SDK

I read that this is not an „issue“ at all. You can ignore the response time for SignalR as it is by design to keep the „channel open“ all the time. And the time keeps increasing once you have a page open that uses SignalR to deliver „real time updated“ Data. My suspicion is, that this technology is used in PerfStack real…

Seems like this is intended behavior github.com/.../4354

Ouch... changing IDs is not really hepful. I believe for non-english installs the message will be different, hence I usually rely on IDs (example "Fixed Disk" vs "Eingebauter Datenträger")
-
You can add the URL as an external node or ICMP/Ping node, then you can add an HTTPS containing Template onto that node. However you need to have the url somehow added as a node
-
The IPs need to be allowed in order to make it work, once the current issue is resolved.
-
same here
-
thanks for checking this, I was working on 2 different environments today, all have the same issue. really seems to be a "general" issue
-
Oh, it seems I was completely wrong, it’s OpenStreetMap now.. leaflet points to OSM… I have to do some investigation myself then
-
Did you cut off internet connection? The World map is loaded via MapQuest. Could also be that there’s an issue with the Mapquest API.
-
Grouping would have also been my next idea. Do you need any Input Variables for the script to run? Also if you are disabling the hardware sensors when they fail... why not diable all on a regular basis as you probably don't care about the status.
-
Might really not be that easy to put this in an alert, as you can't alter the SELECT condition to add a "TOP1" How about a report that is being sent on a regular basis. As you said it should only be informational... Alerts are something "actionable immediately" for me, whereas a report has more informational character. let…
-
This would probably be a advanced SWQL alert, can you give a rough example how the sensor/polled metrics look like? Is it a SAM monitor, NPM etc.? thanks
-
Gelukkig Nieuwjaar to you as well Edwin

Hi @"james.allen" yep I remember, that’s also one of the reasons why I answered here. The other client has a 2019 SQL Server, so I don’t think the version of SQL has an impact on this. once I have more information from the other Case I will let you know.
-
Hi all. Seeing the same issue with another client. We suspect something with proxy settings for the ARM-Service account. Still investigating and also added SWI-Support. Will keep you posted. Cheers, Holger
-
same here on 4 different installations. 2022.3 and 2022.4
-
Have you taken any steps into disabling FIPS Compliancy if FIPS is not something that is required by your organization? You just mentioned "It's like a one-way road" ... did you even bother starting the mentioned FIPS tool? It allows to enable and disable.
-
There is a whole KB on the oracle website that deals with monitoring weblogic https://docs.oracle.com/middleware/1212/wls/INTRO/monitoring.htm#INTRO291 if you can’t use JMX monitoring due to FIPS restrictions, there seems to be a bunch of different ways to do this. The referenced document even lists SNMP as an option.…

I would also chime into the SWQL usage. The post linked in your description dates back 2 years. I believe there have been changes in the database schema. As I had „a lot of fun“ back when the schema changed from NPM 11.5 to 12 with many clients, I defaulted to SWQL and rarely use SQL any more.

Hi The Dashboard you screenshotted, is this within Orion or is this something „external“? cheers

What kind of DNS Server is this? Windows? If so, this is the windows security event log, from there you should see where the login is originating. If this is always the same IP, check that server if there are some services/tasks that are configured with wrong credentials.
