Can't believe we didn't think to try this already. So far we've only attempted to use the web console through IE. I'll install FF and Chrome and see if it helps with our problem. Thanks for the advice, I will update here with my results.

The command: ip flow ingress Does not seem to be supported on my supervisor engine. It is a WS-X6K-SUP2-2GE running IOS 12.1(27b).

Just tried using both Firefox and Chrome on our SolarWinds server, neither browser was able to validate SNMPv3 credentials. It appears to me that the issue is with the web console more so than the SNMP polling engine, as information on SNMP-enabled devices can be polled, but only if the database is manually edited.
