Within Cirrus, the Cisco Cards Inventory section is pulling data from the OLD-CISCO-CHASSIS-MIB, which is still supported on some Ciso devices. It sounds like you are only collecting data for one of the call paths. I recommend following the steps at to ensure the appropriate operation number is assigned to the call path and to update the IP SLA operation number if it is not correct.

A great report within Cirrus that can be automatically exported to an html page is the Switch Ports report. You would simply need to create an Inventory Job that would save this report on a scheduled basis.

Matt, Thank you for your reply. Yes, the ability to define a codec for a group of devices or for specific devices is a feature we are evaluating for 2008. We have upgraded from 3.5.1 to 4.x and now the nightly change report seems off - specifically with our PIX 520's. The changes are not shown in the report, just that a change has occurred. When you manually select the configs and compare them you clearly see the changes. I'm not sure why it would do this. I recommend…

VoIP Monitor v1 requires read-write access to auto configure the IP SLA capable devices. The beta and released versions work the same. We are planning on releasing a later verison that will enable users to manually configure the IP SLA operations on the devices. I do not have an ETA at the moment for the later release.
