  • Yeah well, maybe that want the brightest name to call the thread but I did pose a real question that still begs an response: Fact - SNMP is a lot faster than WMI. WMI has the overhead of Windows authentication. It's slow. For example, on a LAN, I can get a response with SNMP within 2 seconds; WMI can take up to 10 seconds.…
