I would suggest adding the list of issued support tickets by the user to the customer area on Solarwinds web site. The list could contain ticket number, dates, subject, status, assigned department/person (?!) ... and would be visible only to the customer. Best regards. Tomaz

We release two or three times a year, and we deliver multiple service packs in between releases. Without maintenance, you won't have access to that value. IMHO the service packs should be available also without maintenance.

I reproduced the issue here with Local Regional Settings. The issue is not there in Orion NPM 9.0, only in Orion NPM 9.1 . Only the Date is affected, not the Time. For internal guys -> Orion TestTrack # 8031 Doesn't seem to be fixed in 9.1 SP1.
