Not possible to change. This value is coming from MIB Table from the Node not possible to change in UNDP . You can request to vendor to update the MIB table in the Node .

No Such option in NCM Web console . However you can monitor the Syslog Service in APM will show the current status and Alerting for you . APM 4 Can be installed as stand alone. 

You can group Nodes and edit in bulk using Multi Node edit and change the login credentials. 

- If you want to get Alerted . you need to set up alert Trigger condition - Interface status "is not equals" to "UP" so you will be alerted for any status of interfaces . Also you can create Group and dependencies so if your WAN is down you will not be alerted for other sites as they are not reachable..
