James, I appreciate your help. I removed everything but the Severity and it still didn't trigger. I re-enabled the email portion of the alert and it did trigger and sent an email to web help desk and that did create a ticket, it just didn't include all the added info it had provided before. Thanks again for all you help.

So I made the change to Severity = Critical and its still not triggering lol. I'm not sure what's going on.

So changed it to your suggestion and it is still not creating a ticket for the down nodes. On the first page for the SolarWinds Server Link for the Source Name is that listed somewhere where I can look that up to make sure I'm using the correct Source Name? I'm not sure what else to check at this point.
