I would agree Don, I didn't set up these service accounts and I don't have access to see what permissions they have. It has probably never worked correctly on this server. The new environment that I built works a treat. *smug face*.

I have resolved this myself. I deleted this Solarwinds Service Account_1 in IPAM only and I then added another service account that I use for scans in the same part of the infrastructure. This worked and I now have green DHCP servers in IPAM... look. These are DHCP 2019 servers too. Also i'm not sure this was upgrade…

Lets solve this together. I've just upgraded to 2020.2.6 HF2 and I have the same issue. I didn't have this before. I am going to log a support ticket and try and few other logins to see if that fixes it. All my DHCP servers in IPAM are now not connecting.

Are you thinking in terms of WHD? https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/success_center/whd/content/helpdeskexportingassets.htm Or in terms of exporting from asset inventory in SolarWinds Orion itself? Have you thought about running an asset report CSV and using that to populate fields?

I've seen this done too! I had forgotten about this. We would be banished into the ether for even discussing such a thing. All you need is a bucket full of powershell and a hatred of paying for licenses.

The only difference I can spot there is the /dev/ for most of the English Fixed Disks. The German caption field appears to be root. Odd.

One thing to add is that I cannot add two limitations to the view so others who view this dashboard will see the alerts from WPM when the limitation should only display alerts from the Single group. Looks like this issue's been fixed by applying Hot Fix1. No more time bombs observed.

Turns out there's a field available in the filters called "service request" that has a yes and no drop down. Guess I scrolled past it when I was investigating earlier.
