In the end - all I had to do was go to the Orion SQL server and right click properties for the MSSQLSERVER process. There I changed the UID/PW for that service. Noting for future bread crumb trail!

When I went into the Configuration Wizard - I could not spot this service account. If I log onto the Solar Winds SQL server it is there as Logon for MSSQLSERVER. (It's also used for NTA but less critical.) Any thought on where I could change that?
