We're working on it! What you describe does sound like functionality we're planning for Alert Central. Our goals are to consume alerts from disparate products (via email, primarily), dispatch alerts based on on-call calendars or static escalation policies, and you can either re-assign or acknowledge them (or just add…

Any traction on this feature request?

Thanks for getting back to me! I'll see if I can conscript some techs to test what happens to existing tickets if someone is on vacation and a backup tech is set. Although not ideal, that kind of setup would go a long way to helping us meet service expectations.

Indeed.com's job trends can be fun to play with, too: virtualization, cloud, container, micro service Job Trends | Indeed.com. If you compare AWS to Azure to VMware, there's still a tiny gap in the cloud named providers/technologies, but AWS has almost caught up AWS, Azure, VMware Job Trends | Indeed.com

Awesome tech dreams will come true..........

Great idea. I could benefit greatly with this information.

You can trigger on an IF condition by building your alerts creatively. Using your example, and taking liberties, if you want Action1 to trigger and alert but not when done by ADMINS, build the normal trigger than add a condition of not(=) and add the group to the parameter. Now whenever Action1 happens and Group AMINS is…
