To send alerts from Orion to LEM, you should be able to fire them as SNMP traps to LEM using Orion's alert manager, then on LEM set up the Orion connector in Manage > Appliance > Connectors (or using connector discovery if you have had Orion alerts fire already) to have them generate LEM events. So this is like a network change request. To make a change via a request process you do not just ask 1 person but you ask a whole team and when it comes back approved your team should know that it was approved before you implement. So the approval or deny should be sent to the whole team.
