I think when creating the report, if you click the report filters tab, you can play with that to choose a specific request type that you want the report to show. If you created a 'reopened' status type for those tickets that are re-opened by users, it will be even easier.

I have this issue too, but not from reports. My entourage users get this from advanced alerts I have setup to email webpages to them. I think this may be an issue with Entourage properly displaying the html. Does anyone out there have a fix for this?

I am also having the same issue. It seems like the nodes that are already setup are working but any time you try to list resources or edit the node connection settings Solarwinds seems unable to find the system.
