I'm not sure if I'm on target with what you're asking for but if you add the OID to the SNMP real-time graph tool, it will continuously monitor the OID. Orion v8 is a bit less flexible but will also poll a custom MIB. The advantage with Orion v8 is that it will do it as a service.

First guess would be that your SNMP security settings are not allowing the third poller. ICMP will still work, so it won't show the device as down, but with SNMP unavailable, all interfaces and statistics stop. I would move it to the bad poller and run the snmp credential test. I found what I was trying to do. When using the HTML resource, I assumed anything entered into that resource had to be in HTML code. i didn't realize until I tried it that I could add this resource and then enter in the information I'd like to present.
