This is a bug on our part. We're going to get it fixed, but in the meantime, you can edit the value in the database. It's in the WebUserSettings table. The value you need to change back to 250 is Web-SyslogMaxMsgPerPage.

Please enable session tracing, go into the poller and post the session trace or troubleshoot what is happening. Without that information no one can assist.

I would guess its simply to always have 2 points of data per 10 minutes. If it was 10 the polling scheduler *may* be a few seconds out, and then people may cry because their precious bandwidth stats aren't as accurate etc. *shrug* :)
