 In APM 2.0, an Application Monitor is confined to a single server; however, you can still accomplish what you want. Build an Application Monitor for each server and then create an alert for that "service" that will alert you if any of those applications go down. By default, SQL Express (local)\SQLEXPRESS. Try that. For Orion to find the SQL Server, you need th SQL Browser service, which Express doesn't start by default.

So I figured out my own question. This account needed to be added to the orion server. Once I did that, the script executed no problem.

I would suggest that you open a Support ticket and include all this info.
