It's certainly not a known bug. You'd have to provide more detail for us to figure out whether it's something you're doing.
-
Could you give us some screenshots of exactly where you are seeing changes in the web console?

Hi 1: I would like to see improvements in the access to config change templates, meaning a ability to restrict users to certain CCT. As if you wanted to create a helpdesk user account and then create a change template that allowed them to add a port into a certain VLAN for instance, but you did not want them to be able to…

I'm kinda new to this so "right" or wrong here's what worked for me... * edit the ticket you want to mark as parent or master and change the "Ticket Type" to "Problem" * if you've already opened a few tickets before discovering the trend, go back to them and change the "Ticket Type" to "Incident" * now click on the…

I have to agree with NetworkGuru that AANT type functionality would be extremely useful.

By "Improved inventory management", does that include the ability to store more than one inventory's worth of data? For example, I want to search for a MAC address. If that machine wasn't connected at the time of the inventory (or, more specifically, still in the MAC table of the device), it won't show up. I run…

I just wanted to let everyone know that we are reading these suggestions. We've also done some web surveys of existing Orion customers. All of the feedback is great and is feeding our plans on version 9 and beyond. Keep 'em coming. We do plan to publish a roadmap for the next couple of releases once our plans are firm.…

In APM 2.0, an Application Monitor is confined to a single server; however, you can still accomplish what you want. Build an Application Monitor for each server and then create an alert for that "service" that will alert you if any of those applications go down. You would then get an alert that says "Server Foo is down".

Hello? Anyone????
-
By default, SQL Express (local)\SQLEXPRESS. Try that. For Orion to find the SQL Server, you need th SQL Browser service, which Express doesn't start by default.

Can you post a screenshot of what you're seeing?

Can I assume that because I have this application monitoring this file size that this data is then being stored in the database Yes. It's in the database. can you give me a few clues for how to create a report like this Unfortunately, that field is not exposed to our Report Writer. We'll get that fixed. In the meantime,…

If you upgrade to NPM 10.3 you have the option for 'Custom Node Table Poller' within the advanced alert type of property drop down. You can then add something like ${label} is ${value} in the email so you output PSU1 is down.

So I figured out my own question. This account needed to be added to the orion server. Once I did that, the script executed no problem.
-
I would suggest that you open a Support ticket and include all this info.

The Machine Type for 1.3.6.1.4.1.37447.3.1 is "Nimble Storage", not "Nimble CS210" which is a model name. All Nimble products have the same OID. Thanks!
