Alas not ranges or subnets... just straight up wildcards (e.g. 192.168.0.*). But you CAN create a User-Defined Group that lists all of them or their wildcard versions and use that in filters/rules. You can even create that User-Defined Group as a CSV file and import it so you don't have to do so much clicking.

The recalculation is based on the current amount to migrate, so it's not starting over at 1% from your original data, it's at 1% of the remaining 50% (or wherever you were when you rebooted).
