This can be done today using custom properties. A custom property is essentially a tag since each device can have any number of properties.

 Brocade keeps lots of its data in MIB tables, which Orion 8.5.1 doesn't support. Orion 9 will support tables, however, so Brocade support should get a lot better in a few months with 9.0 ships.

Has anyone had any luck trying to add groups instead of individual AD accounts? In our environment it would be extremely difficult and time consuming to add everyone's individual user accounts, set up their account limitations, etc. I would say this would be a great feature to add, if its not already.

Resolved the issue by migrating and consolidating the data over to Server 1. Disabled Server 2 and called it a day. Thanks to all that responded.

As long as you follow our instructions for imaging agents, you should be fine. As for backups, I haven't yet attempted to get our F5s into NCM (Network Config Manager) and haven't even check to see if they are compatible. Getting all of my Cisco gear setup in NCM has been a higher priority.
