It's pulling from the Orion database, so it includes all of the your additional polling engines.

Backing up your database is the main thing. If there is a problem, you can restore your database, then uninstall and reinstall.

I have also had issues with users un-managing their nodes and basically putting them in an infinite unmanaged state. All because Solarwinds' web console is confused at what time to display. Good luck All 20 Pollers, 2 Web Servers and the DB are on UTC, but it is not enough.

It has started generating the alert but it generates the alert on SNMP service restart and sometimes it is firing reboots alerts only in case of SNMP service restart whereas node remains up for longer time. What can be other condition to track the actual reboot?

In v9.1, you'll be able to get a SUM, MAX, MIN, and AVG of a column, but it sounds like you want more of a filter. Do I understand what you're going for correctly? Could you post a screenshot of what you see and then describe what you'd like to see?

SQL on a virtual server is a good recipe for poor performance. The I/O of Vms are just not very good.

 This is a bug. It'll be fixed in SP2, which should be out next month.

SW had a vbs file for download in the customer portal for toolset owners called DownloadMultipleConfigs.vbs. I don't see it there now but that's what we use and it works perfect.

Looking at the RAW Data with a once per day sample I can see data from the last day of the previous month, oddly when I use the Report Writer I get a diffrent answer again Summerising that so as to give data per day as with the RAW datat the data point vary considerably....
