The two features you mention are not in Orion 9. The showcase features in Orion 9 are web-based node management and a new Universal Device Poller.

Orion NPM currently averages all the CPU values together. In the next release, we're adding per CPU values as well(for each logical CPU). I've not heard of any issue with hyperthreaded CPU's. Some of use develop on machines that have hyperthreading enabled, so I'm sure we would have run into them.
