I needed to log out and back in for mine to take effect. Hope that helps!

Dustin, Email client - Outlook 2007 client with Exchange. All reports are saved in default folder \Program Files (x86)\Solarwinds\Orion\Reports. The report I tested with is a basic report that counts the number devices for a given custom property. It is not created as an Advanced SQL report.

Please elaborate on what you're looking for, and I can add it to the queue. I need to know the scenario, the problem you're trying to solve. That's more useful and likely to get in than a flat description of a feature.

bradwalters1128, mikegale, there's seems to be a glitch in this mission. I'll try to see what's the issue and come back to you by the end of day.
-
Followed all your steps but didn't work for me. The error below is returned in body of email notification. We're running 10.3.1. Did you do this with 10.4?
-
I'll have a look. Hang tight!
-
Looks like it worked. Congrats!
-
smiffy85 you need to make sure you're bookmarking the correct roadmap: What We Are Working On Give it another try, and let me know if it worked.
-
mprobus, you're still missing task 5 and task 7. You would need to like a discussion and read a blog. Try doing this again, and then let me know if it still doesn't work.
-
Basic alerts were the original alerts in the product, and they're simpler. Advanced alerts are more powerful. I would recommend sticking with advanced alerts.

One of the tasks was missing from the mission setup, but it was always supposed to have 7, as listed in the blog. It's all fixed now, and I am glad to see you completed it. What do you think about the EMEA group?
-
We're going to buy the Cirrus, but just not sure which size to buy. We've got about 300 switches and routers, and currently about 100 Cisco Access points. (double that by the end of the year) We're just not sure if it's worth it to buy the 1000 node version of Cirrus since we'll already have our APs in WLSE
-
erdogan, it always had 7 tasks.
-
svindler, there was a glitch in the mission, but it's fixed now. Welcome to the EMEA group!
-
trilobite rex, you're missing the 5th task, liking a thread. Let me know if you still have issues after completing this one.

Well, do you get the same bug with web node management? If so, it's worth reporting. If it's only in System Manager, less so.

This is a feature we're considering, but importing MIBs is more complicated than it sounds. That complication derives from the fact that many hardware vendors to not format their MIBs very well. Consequently, if we just import such a MIB in a straightforward fashion, that MIB is not usable. Typically, we have to do a fair…

We try to release the updated MIB database every month. Denny LeCompte Sr. Product Manager, Orion SolarWinds

If you have the OID, you can monitor them with the Custom MIB poller now. We would also appreciate it if you sent the mib files to development@solarwinds.net so that we can add them to our MIB database so it will be built into future releases. Denny LeCompte Sr. Product Manager, Orion SolarWinds
-
For the Custom MIB Poller, you don't have to import the MIB. You can just paste the exact OID into the Custom MIB Poller UI when you go to browse the database. Please also send us the MIB files so we can add them to our MIB database. Denny LeCompte Sr. Product Manager, Orion SolarWinds

Could you open a Support ticket?

You say "Status is equal to disable". Is that exactly what is says, because in your table it says "Disabled". The text would need to match exactly. Now this might just be a type in your post, but I thought I'd check.
-
If you don't feel comfortable with creating columns in the database directly, you can create a custom property. Those get created as columns as well in the Node table and you can create them using the custom property editor that is part of the solarwinds NPM suite. just make sure that the code in the file is referencing…

Yes, the updated web console is something that comes with NTA 2.0, but it will also be part of 8.1. In addition, we've updated some of the icons to give Orion a fresher look. We'll be continuing on that path for the next few releases. Our long-term direction is to update Orion so that configuration is done on the web. NTA…

John thanks for the information. I works great!!. Now we just need to get a larger Monitor to see all the graphs at the size the boss wants.
-
Greetings dclick, I've attached several images showing the configuration of the alert, is this what you were after? Also, notification text: "The following objects are fragmented."
-
Thanks for the information. I'll try to get to that today or tomorrow and let you know.

Tried this but get the error: Unable to load Reports C:\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\Orion\\Reports\durationofnodedown ascx.orionreport - Name cannot begin with the '%' character, hexadecimal value 0x25. Line 1, position 2.

Not at this time, but it's a request we've heard before.
