Nicole, I would assume the event log. The Event IDs are 101 & 103 for 2008. If there is a way to pull failed events from 2003/XP, that would be nice too, but I couldn't locate an event ID for it.

All nodes run SNMP v2c. All nodes are affected.

What application should I use to modify the .dll.config file? I can open and edit in notepad but it want's to save as a text file.

There was a way to be able to post the most recent configs on the orion page for that respective device...there was a file and instructions somewhere on the customer portal I believe...

Solarwinds - Did this feature, requested in January 2008 (and before), make it into Orion v10? This feature didn't, but there are plenty of other features requested around then or before then that are in v10. That said, this feature is high on our list for what's next.

Running just fine. Quite an improvement over 7.8.5 :) I didn't upgrade from 7.8.5, I just started over. Way too much work and magic to make that upgrade happen. I did upgrade from 9.5 to 10 and it went perfectly. No issues at all. I'm loving all the customizations that can be done now that weren't around in 7.8.

The WEF works is independent of version. It'll work with 8.x or 9.x
