Hi Kevin, I already obtain a trial serial key from sw tech support. Now, I've a new problem on test server: I install NPM 9.1 sp5 (like my operational server) but when I open System Manager Console I can't view any nodes. I re-run configuration wizards without success. What can I do? Thanks smn80

To add to that, when you enable session tracing you must go to the poller managing the device and pull the session from that poller. If you are only using one polling server, then that makes it easier.
