Quick suggestion, always use the noforce switch when possible. iisreset /noforce Also, if you are on a server hosting multiple other web sites, please consider recycling the application pool of orion before doing an entire IIS reset. JP

You're right, I had the SNMP strings configured wrong on one set of devices, so it was discovering the devices via IP address, but not actually pulling any info. Thanks for the help!

If you create a new view, then create a menu item on the menu bar and associated that view with the menu item. More details on creating a custom item here.
