Is there a way I can monitor disk space for the Mounted Volume? I recently ran out of disk space on a mounted volume and had no way of knowing. When I click on the Resources for the monitored Windows Server I can only see drive letters and not mounted volumes.

If you are getting these errors frequently, from our experience, it is an indication something is tying up the database (e.g., locks, deadlocks) causing the alertingengine query to timeout. An occasional timeout should be no harm. We commonly see one at the time the daily sql maintenance backup job cranks up.

Creating own alert for all the applications would be bit too much work as there is pretty much of those already configured. Thats why I'm interested to get alert whenever there is something wrong in the specified group.

I forgot to mention that this doesn't seem to help because the node itself is up and group is green even though the application is down.

Tough to say for sure, it could be that they aren't matching the expected format in some cases, or there could be an actual technical problem. Can you provide some sample data that is/isn't appearing? (You can also do this in a support case if it's data you don't want to post on Thwack.)
