With regards to Nagios Monitors, this seems like I have to configure an SSH account for it to run the check, is that correct? I'm not sure why that would be necessary given that it's already running the SolarWinds agent (and NSClient++/NRPE, but I didn't expect it to leverage them).

That's very helpful information. Is it possible to set those custom properties when registering a node? The less manual tweaking I have to do and the more I can do through Chef, the better.

Tony is this a query that would be added as a customer SQL query when under options for editing the view or is this gonna be something that would utilize SWQL to query the database? I am assuming SWQL which I haven't really worked with yet, but I just wanted to clarify before I moved forward .

Hi Chris, As stated in the manual I put plink.exe in C:\Windows\System32 Directly called from the commandline on the server (logged in as administrator) it is working. It is a Windows 2008 Server.

There's an Events view available out of the box. If you've removed that, you can get it back by going to Admin > Customize Menu Bar and adding "Events" back to your menu bar.

I was able to get it working by executing a vbscript with the post information from the integrations page in Hipchat.
