You must be running at least Orion 8.5.1 SP3. If you run the EOC installer on the Orion 8.5.1 server, it will offer you the option of just installing the Information Service. We do not officially support NPM on XP, so we haven't tested it. It may or may not work. On Windows 2003, it defnitely works.

We're on VNQ 4.4. My IP SLA operations are similar. If I go to the VoIP Summary View it displays current MOS score for each of the IP SLA call paths. I'd like to see an update on this as well. I just noticed that we have no alerting on our 7010T power supplies in Solarwinds, because voltage isn't measured, and Solarwinds doesn't have a straight "Power Supply Status" sensor like the Ciscos we have do.
