Hi, I'm having the same situation, the only thing that the log says is "FAIL: Convertion failed. Operation times out." and the email received does not have any specific errors just says unable to convert to PDF, did you have any response from solarwinds support regarding your case?

The MMC has nothing to do with the COM+ component. It's technical infrastructure. Really, it's not something that you as an end user would actually use for anything.

I'm not sure I completely understand your question. If you have NPM and 3 polling engines, you will need 4 servers, one for the main Orion and one for each polling engine.
