Excellent. I can see that most of it is just queries, of which I've done enough to be confident that I can translate the PS into C#. However, here are the parts I'm going to run by you to make sure my assumptions are correct. I assume this: Invoke-SwisVerb $swis Cirrus.ConfigArchive Execute @($nodeIdList, $script,…

Hi This is not acceptable, please let us know which service or process is responsible for this subnet scanning. This way we can schedule a task to stop and start this Service/Process on a daily basis, just in case it freezes again. Regards Mithrandir Cielen Borealis Plastics Network Administrator.

What browser are you using? It shouldn't matter. We are using IE7. btw, drag and drop one at a time...what a pain! Will this be fixed in next release? Is the next release coming soon? 1.0.1 has been out for awhile. We're anxious for new improvements to IPAM.

Yea we have a older version. I've setup through advanced alert manager on the server, does this trigger look correct?
-
Yeah, that's it. Thanks! Now my question is, why doesn't the actual app work that way? I'll ask that question in a new thread. Thanks again.

Okay, I tried specifying *only* the credentials for id.carrefour.com. I still hit an error, though: 06/18/2012 16:12:32 [01] DEBUG MainWindow Validating path06/18/2012 16:12:32 [01] DEBUG MainWindow Path is valid.06/18/2012 16:12:32 [11] DEBUG MainWindow Starting analysis06/18/2012 16:12:32 [11] DEBUG MainWindow…

I already installed Wireshark on our NCM server and generated some traps from our Cisco switches. Wireshark showed an incoming SNMP packet from the Cisco switch, but still no traps showed up in TrapViewer. I'll probably just shelve this issue, as we'll be using a different product for our monitoring and we're just going to…

They added Custom Resource Object somewhere along the way. Still very tedious but better than managing custom html resources.

After specifying some command line arguments all is working correctly.

I did find a way to load files in snmpgraph.exe which might work in other utils. I tried /? which didn't work. I then tried -? which DID work. It seems there is a command line parameter needed now which wasn't needed before: -F Here's a screenshot of the help popup:

The Standard Poller updates all the columns every poll, ICMP or SNMP. Manually updating one of the standard poller columns well be overwritten with every poll. You need to use custom properties.

Thanks phil3, i know.

I most definitely have not exhausted the suggestions. Okay, just wanted to be sure you hadn't lost focus on them. Thanks!

I'll talk to Support and we'll find it.

Strange. I did the same thing with the AppInsight for SQL server, but I still get the "attempting to use an NT account name with SQL Server Authentication" error. I can used sqlcmd or SQL Management student and the same account to connect to the SQL Server db without any problems.

No. Just the report scheduler.

Oh wow I was wondering how that worked. Thanks for that info! One last thing my Raw Valve is ........ 63.6956 it is from a temp sensor in our datacenter. I was wondering if I could make this valve a Number valve or just show the dots in front of it.

Case in point. If I send an update to 250 routers I get real time change detection for 250 devices, thus 250 processes spawned and the server dies. I usually have to have it restarted via VM Console. I have one orphaned at 20MB RAM

The link we are running is an Sattelite link, so the speeds are insanely slow. We have a couple of server on this locations, 2 or 3, and a couple of switches and UPS's. And one application. So we can assume 10-20 devices. On the locations, we will be deploying an SolarWinds instance with server, database and console. And…

The redirect is like if someone sends you an email, but they should have sent it to your department generic email address or another email. When you redirect it to the correct email address for a WHD ticket, it retains who sent the original message. The benefit of this is WHD will show the original sender as the client…

Oh, I know it's not an option for some folks. Otherwise, we'd stop supporting it. It's the wonkiest browser in common use. It generates the most bugs and the most extra work, so I have a personal vendetta against it. Maybe that's wrong, but I will still rejoice on the day that Microsoft forces it into retirement.

Thanks for that. I changed one of the groups to "Show Worst Status" today - whats interesting is that after the change I'm getting blank graphs. It seems to have kept some of the historical data from a few days ago going backwards but nothing for today/yesterday so far. All I get is "No Data for Selected Time Period". I…
