This is a known issue in 10.4.0. I recently upgraded to 10.4.2 which has resolved the issue. Support tells me that the issue is resolved in 10.4.1 but I can't say for sure.

We don't put features in service packs, and this is feature. That feature is not in 9.5. We will consider it for a future release.

this is not possible at the moment if you want all the default menu's and you want to add a new one.

Correction to previous. 2. Even thou you are administrator you must explicitly use option "Run as Administrator" to install those packages.

One more thing which I did to fix it. Not sure if it does any help. I've tried to reinstall "SolarWinds-LEM-v6.1.0-ReportsAndCrystal" package. It is appeared that once uninstalled "Crystal reports" could not be installed again from the same package. No matter was installation started with "Run as Administrator" option or…

I updated that, as well as skipped over the "Only Add New Nodes" option. Works like a charm, now I'm not trying to download configs for unmanaged devices! Thanks.

Call me crazy but lets say your admin account has special characters.. how would you go about changing the admin web login password to see if it resolved any issues?

No I could not get this to work. I ran it on the CatTools.dll and received an error that the Microsoft Register Server has stopped working. Problem details were APPCRASH of regsvr32.exe. Clicking the "checking online for a solution" returned nothing at all. Keith

Your error looks like a permissions error. I think you should probably open a support ticket.
