To my knowledge, there is no way to suppress all the titles.

There are quite a few out of the box reports to show availability of groups. I would start by using one of those group availability reports for a period of time and then reverse engineer. You should be able to determine why you are seeing that percentage if you do that.

 Our solution will not be limited to Cisco VoIP. The only requirement we expect is that you have at least one Cisco router on each end of your WAN links. Given that prerequisite the VoIP infrastructure won't matter.

You can use an APM component monitor. It won't show up the way disks show up in NPM. It'll show up in APM.
