Any news about this feature ? Is it in work in progress or not yet ? We're thinking about it, but we're not working on it at the moment.
-
I would suggest that you open a Support ticket on this one.

I did. To me it was worthless. I am not saying that I am the most intelligent one here but nor am I am the dumbest. This is simply one's perception, "Is the glass half full or half empty". Either way it is half a glass of something. A 479 page guide is great for a product that is difficult to learn. Your going to need it.…

Almost 3 years on and this type of feature still isn't present. Not impressed :( Andy.

Would they allow a goto meeting? Or we can get on a call and try and diagnose things that way. We can come up with something. If you haven't already, open up a support ticket. Please add a comment to it about development wanting to schedule a call or goto meeting to work through the issue.

Thanks! I created the idea here https://thwack.solarwinds.com/ideas/6574 . It's not really an NPM-only feature, but I did not see a "core" application section to create it in. Vote away!

I think you should open a Support ticket.

Another note - when you use two different event types/groups in the correlation rule, it's trying to correlate them WITH each other - looking for one of one and one of another. Best bet is to use the same type of event unless that's what you meant - everything "left of dot" should likely be the same event type/group. So, I…

Yes, I fully expect that we'll multi-thread in the future. No date on when, but it's a concrete item on forseeable roadmaps.

Resolved! In my case the Service Pack level on the working box was 2 and this one was 1. Installed the latest SP and then ran winmgmt /resyncperf and then the missing PerfFormattedData counters appeared. Hope someone finds this useful.

I changed the actual IP address to say IPADDRESS in the above text. I do not see a carriage return.
-
No,but 9.1 latest release on 20/10/2008. The question is about the latest package of VoIP Monitor, not about NPM.

I can ping the IP address of the server. I cannot telnet into it on the port suggested. the network guy who set up our LEM server also has a second IP address that the LEM GUI connects to on port 8080. I can ping that IP address as well.

10.1 was a 1 hitch upgrade for me. The only hang up I had after a while was the rebuilding of the web page in the configuration wizard, had to remove all structure files from the IIS and allow SW to rebuild it from scratch. Did not cause too much of an issue really. Had to redo a couple customizations but nothing too…

I'll go ahead and add it for insurance against possible repeats. You have been a great help! Thanks again dhanson.

The fix is the for Custom Poller. dllhost.exe would be a new we haven't seen. Have you opened a Support ticket? We'll need to collect some data for you to try to reproduce in house. If you're seeing this, it might be dependent on environmental variables. If there were a general memory leak in 8.5.1, we'd have picked up on…

At this point, you might want to consider opening a Support ticket.

Hi all, It's been a year now, any news on this potential feature? Getting usable reports out of NPM (Netflow reports in particular) is still the main problem we're having with our setup. Jason

I just installed NPM ver 10 and one of the BIG reasons was to be able to show child node status' on the parent map. Currently when a child node (Cisco Switch) is down I don't see that on the parent map. I really need this. Again, currently when I have a node down on a child map the top parent map is all green. Our help…

No. It's unrelated to user interaction. It's not something you can control, which is why we're working to get SP4 out as quickly as possible.
-
We don't talk about SQL Express here. It is a dirty word. Some of the companies i've worked for tend to be quite slow when managing their Solarwinds database mainly due to change control restrictions. At least with SQL express allowing 10GB of data its a little more useful. There is definitely a requirement even though…

I will check that out. Thanks.

Hey Steven, I'm not sure I received your follow up question. Was this the follow up question? " Hi oludads - you mention an outage duration in minutes and then a time format (HH24:MI:SS). Can you tell me what you'd envision that last column looking like? What would an outage duration in HH24:MI:SS look like?" And who is…

So when you all say "integration", what exactly would you like to see? Can you give some specific examples of how it would work?
-
It isn't possible today, but what you describe is something we are definitely planning for the future. It's an important element of our roadmap.

I will restrain myself for speaking poorly of tech support (I have open tickets with them and they monitor this forum) but I have had the same issues with them. I know that it is working on 8.5.1 SP3 because I have 2 Orion servers, same build, etc. just on different networks. One works, the other doesn't. I am not sure as…

I am that person. The output I posted is just proof that there is a CBQoS applied to an interface and NTA does not pick it up. May be a bug on your side since I can browse the CISCO CBQOS MIB and see all the information (Bit rate, drops, policy names, class-maps, etc) for the Interface that NTA is not showing.

So I don't need to use the SRM with Full SQL?

Mike, This is about the best i can do to help. The following is a production configuration from a 6513 running 12.2-33.SXH4. Obviously all real addressing has been changed to protect the innocent. Aside from that the configuration is real. ip flow ingress layer2-switched vlan Y ipv6 mfib hardware-switching replication-mode…
