I'm using IE8 on Windows7 and i have the same problem. With firefox on the same PC everything works fine. It looks like windows 7 has nothing to do with it. It seems pure a IE8 problem. Maybe, but it could be that IE8 on Windows 7 is the problem. If you use IE8 on a supported OS, do you have the problem?

You could test that hypothesis by contacting support for the custom mib polller fix; if it fixes your other issue, then we'd know something. Please contact Support for that fix.

UnDP polling times the same as the statistics polling intervals. You can edit the statistics polling interval for nodes and interfaces in Web Node Management or via System Manager.

Chris... I'm getting the same issue when I try and set the credentials. I'd rather not repair my NCM 5.1.1 instance since it's working perfectly. Is there something else to look at/try? I'd also like to just install this on my additional web server and not do anything on the pollers.

Hi Robert, 1) Because in a real environment R1(f0/0) connected a Layer switch, and the R1 used f0/2 link R2; 2) I have removed routing rule use "no ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 192.168.1.1", but the problem was still. Thanks for your reply, Robert.

Lawrence, I ran April 2012 KB931125 and was able to access via IE without the cert warning. I then ran a successfully sync. I will now enable the Root Cert Update Feature and would think that this should resolve now and moving forward. Thank you for your assistance.
