Is there a way to create alert to compare 4 UnDP values collected on 4 different nodes and alert on deviation form desired state? 

Hello, 1. it depends what is sent in list of resources for status pooling. 2. You can stop executing alerts actions for all of them at once. Go to All Active Alerts tab and go to more and Pause actions of all alerts. In this way you will be able to see what alerts are triggered but no action will be executed. 

I would go and try to add those agents again. Many times when we had an issue with agent we did re-added them. Most of the time it worked.

As example after today's failovers due to maintenance we had around 1k down agents. And all of them were failing to connect with "Agent restart attempt failed.". After 4 hours we see only 99 down agents. All other agents got re-established on their own.
