From Report Writer, select a report, then click on the report menu option and select SQL. This will reveal lots of SQL variables that are in use and can be used for creating filters of all types and other custom reports, custom properties etc. Ed Gobeille

Were you actually able to make submenus? As an example, I would like to put the multiple areas of my network under one main menu item called region. Were you able to do this? I wasn't quite clear on your post. Ed Gobeille

I had to reduce the ping packet size within network performance manager for a group of my devices which use hardware encryption. Tech support nailed it within 10 seconds of the call!! Ed Gobeille
