FYI: NetworkAtlas is deprecated as of Orion Platform 2020.2.

First, create a dedicated Orion domain user with the required DHCP permissions. Then, you will need to create that domain user as a local user on your Orion server(s) with the same password. That user needs to be a member of the Administrators group.

You should never oversubscribe virtual CPU sockets. When you rightsize a VM, the socket count should never exceed the actual socket count available on the host. So unless your physical host server has 4x CPU sockets, the socket count should remain at 2.
