I ran the LEM Agent installer over the top of the existing installation on the server and it appeared in LEM as a new node. If it happens again, which I'm expecting it to, I'll restart the service and look in the spoplog.txt file for errors and post them here.

I'm using a trial license, in my customer portal I don't appear to have the reports installer available to me. I'm assuming this is because I've not purchased a full license. It seems strange not to allow me to download it as it's free and I can't really fully evaluate LEM without it. Or am I missing it somewhere ?
