Is there a node limit for the database in Trial mode? If I have more than 100 interfaces does it cause this crash? Anyone have any idea of limits for the demo version outside of the 30 day timeline? This is the 3rd build of the same box in hopes of getting it working. Thanks, Dean

It's not only the Brocade, it's McData, Cisco, any fibre channel switch that is major market. Many companies grow via acquisition and will have any combination of these. I currently have McData and Brocade, my last customer has HP branded Brocade. Ideally I'd like to see the FC ports with TX, RX, state (up/down) perhaps…

OK, ran the config wizard - same issue after the wizard. No matter what I try to expand (cisco, ibm, etc) when I click to open the device the application hangs. Any other suggestions? I'm not having a great deal of luck convincing my client to purchase this product based on the 8.1 issues. Dean

When I explained that this type of hardware is the de facto standard in SAN environments and should be a priority I don't think I was taken seriously. Sadly this is the limiting factor that…

I have the same issue on Linux servers. I have one out of four that reports correctly - the other 3 show 100mb instead of gig. Any ideas?

I second that motion - if my customers are going to buy this tool we'll need to be able to natively monitor fiber channel switches and SAN components without having to run the custom OID obstacle course. Thank you, Dean

I have the same issue on my test box. I have a Windows server 2003 SR2 X64 edition with the 8.1 version with the 4 hotfixes. If I try to expand a node the application hangs. Please provide a solution as my customer is not likely to purchase a product that doesn't work. Thank you, Dean

I had the same issue - turns out it was McAfee. Do you have McAfee running? Try removing it and see if this helps. Dean
