Rob, Yes, this got sorted out. Not exactly sure what they did to get it working but whatever it was it was a miracle. Think it may have been an issue with their VM as it had crashed several time before this. Thanks for your help and time. Dave

Think we have narrowed this down the VM's security settings. This box being in a closed environment there are several security settings applied to it that we think may have broke it.
