To clarify, you can apply multiple account limitations. However, dynamic group creation is frequently used, and maintaining a consistent and multifunctional configuration method is preferred. Configuring two separate methods to achieve the same results is not ideal.

I've found this is your local system time(laptop/desktop) and not tied to your Solarwinds Session (ie Time in the top right). Editing the Alert will show different times on different machines.
