  • Known issue, answer from support in november after upgrading to 11.1 : > This issue has been identified as a bug for the HTML/ASP monitor, for now, the workaround is to enable the option [Use HEAD > request to save on bandwidth] so that the monitor will be able to access the target page and provide the results. We went…
  • (again) A year later and still no ipv6 support ? Ipmonitor support renewal is comming up soon and it really looks like ipmonitor is a dead product........
  • today i tried to install ipmonitor9 on a new windows2008 server (our old server is eos next month) I found out (after mailing with support) that windows 2008 is not yet supported. Just fyi: officially we are not allowed to install windows 2003 on this new server (the OS is licensed from microsoft in the SPLA program) looks…

  • We believe we've fixed the license upgrade issue. To get the unlimited license on your 9.0.5 system, use the configuration utility to park your license and re-license. That should do it! Let us know if you experience any issues. Thanks, -Chris This doesn't help. We just hit the 1000 monitor limit (we had an 1000 license).…

  • I was hoping the new 10.5 brings long waited features like Windows 2008 R2 (/64bit) support, ipv6 support. But it looks like it's going to be a 10.1 version with some minor updates ? (in 2 years?!) We are using ipmonitor since version 5, but I'm really thinking about looking for a different product.
  • Any news on ipv6 support ? We have some ipv6 only devices we want to monitor.

  • Any new info on this ?
  • Jason, Thanks for your answer, this works ok. But still would be nice If I could add this to main dashboard page. Any hints / or should this be a feature request ?
  • Would be nice to have an option to change back to the ipmonitor v9 style of creating new devices. Now we have to change the naming format everytime we create a new device. And remove the device from 'My Network'
  • We just received a reminder our support is going to expire at the end of this month. We have paid all those years but no real development.... It's difficult to explain why we are paying 500 euro for some kind of support. We need ipv6 support but it looks like we have to go to a different company/product to have ipv6…
