so you changed the permissions on the cmd.exe file or on the containing folder?

well crap..that sucks because I am using plink and it calles cmd.exe when it runs.

Don't suppose you could explain exactly what you did to resolve this. I am having a similar issue

I have actually tried changing the account to the administrator account to my account to a service account all with no luck. The problem seems to happen onlty when solarwinds itself is launching the program with no aid from an external user.

So no one has any ideas? None at all?
