yes it is. we are using an offline-installation. just be sure to provide the other system requirements too for the installer (.NET framework → ASP.NET Core Runtime 8, Hosting Bundle)

finally a feedback: the support confirmed this issue as a new bug :-( there will be a fix in a future release, but they could not provide a release date or any other details.

another thought: you can use the built-in scheduler and create a clean-up-schedule for the log files
