In my testing UDT sees the IPs and MAcs of the pc and Cisco IP phone correctly, however the DNS resolution of the IPs only works for the PC, not the phone. I opened a case for this.

It was a cookie issue...not sure why it wasn't enabled for a local site. It appears to be ok now.

I'm seeing sort of the same issue when I'm in the Admin screen and I click on Database details. It thinks about it for a bit then errors out : System.Web.HttpException: Request timed out. BB

From the EOC server (terminal server into it) I can click on the thwack link to get there and the tree nodes work too. I don't see a "resource" for recent thwack posts on EOC...I know they are in the individual Orions servers.
