And don't forget the Thwack remote! Thwack Remote v2.0

Remember this guy? I love it! I still have this phone because it's analog and the call quality rivals VOIP. It is crystal clear and much better than today's. Sadly I don't use it anymore. But 12 years ago I was listening to Mp3s and watching videos on it. Plus it looked cool! aLTeReGo had and loved this phone as well.

Thanks. I have a feeling they did read my last review.

Ha, thwack thought F-R-I-G-G-I-N' was a dirty word. Stupid computers.

I shared a cube with a grump years ago. You know the type. The one who manufactures being offended for everything down to a simple knock-knock joke just to get attention. Horrible is an understatement.

Ha. Then you may enjoy this: A Geek's Tale

Checksur.log file says I'm missing these packages and to download them manually. REALLY? This is the big problem? They are all Windows SAMPLE junk files I killed because it's junk

I feel your pain. If you've read part one of this, Microsoft, have you lost your mind again? you would have noticed a number of things: * Microsoft's ad campaign centered on letting the user decide what Windows 7 was to become. We do this all the time here at SolarWinds and with every product and version, unlike Microsoft!…

Now you need 16 eyes!

Ugly would be if we had no alternative and stuck with it.

Enter HBO NOW into the ala carte fray! About $15/month from what I hear. Li'l pricey, but a good start in the right direction. I won't order that, but I will order other channels in this manner when they become available so I can ditch Comcast altogether.
-
Congratulations! @alterego has reviewed your instructions and found them to be legit. Therefore, I will include them in the next version of the Administrator Guide, due out at the end of the month. (I will need to modify them a bit.) Take a bow! And thank you very much.

Ok, then explain this! Tablets - Best Buy

If I were you I would take a peek at the Admin Guide I referenced earlier. There's an entire section under the AppInsight Applications chapter for Exchange which lists the permissions and requirements, what changes will be made, manual configuration, error codes and solutions, an much more. HTH.

And from another coworker who wishes to remain anonymous, we have this bit of insight: Obviously, the previous comment is from someone who has learned to trust Microsoft with all the trust that Microsoft is due. All thinking individuals should reach for the first *nix OS they can find. Prior to installing Windows 8, I was…

Aww, you're gonna make me blush.

The one time I should have listened to her was when she said, "No, I don't want a computer for Christmas." She was the Bank of MOM when I was a kid. Now, I'm Tech Support Bronx. Oh well, thank God for RDP.

Whoa. Slow down, let's not lose our heads.

Okay true story, but not tech related. While spending a misspent youth in a pool hall for far too long, I had the pleasure of watching the owner play tricks on his new (and naive) employees. It would go something like this: * "Joe, we need fresh sand for the ashtrays. Take these two buckets and go to Jones beach and get…

Here's a simple video that shows you how to add a column and additional resources to SAM and other SolarWinds Orion based products. 3,000 points please :

Here are my gadgets: * Galaxy S5 (kinda big though) * Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 (kinda big though) * Quad core I5 Win 7 laptop - Main computer for doing real things like website building, programming, photoshopping, listening to tunes, etc * Chromebook - quick and nifty, grab and go for writing/surfing, no power cable, mouse, or…

Robert, I'm sending you a friend request so we can discuss this privately. Please accept.

Ok good deal.

I emailed the higher ups again this morning, pointing directly to this thread. I'll let you know as soon as I do. In the meantime, you do have options as kind of a workaround: * You can get the PDF you need here: http://www.solarwinds.com/documentation/apm/apmDoc.aspx * You can still download the Local Help files for SAM…

I would also reference this thread when emailing support so you don't have to go through these steps again...just sayin.
