Hi Lofstrand, those things can't be sent via traps and syslogs. That has been confirmed already that's why we are going with API. Basically my utility errors has to route in solarwinds from Boomi that can be done via API only

Hi @"fop" , thanks for responding. But this is a another problem that till 24 hours that ticket will be opened and will not ae able to close as it is still open. Is there any way even after closing that alert or resetting that alert new alert should not generate for next. 24 hour even if the trigger condition is matching.…
