You were thinking plurals because the correct answer to the question is PIXELS. The clue is "Tiny squares", not "Tiny square", so the correct answer is pixels, not pixel.

I developed some powershell that redacts node names, domain names, IP addresses, usernames, MAC addresses from log files for this purpose. It works but it's very slow and having something built-in to SolarWinds would be amazing.
