  • Yes, I actually figured it out and just haven't posted back yet, but will give p.darila the correct answer as I just continued with the upgrade, then ran the vman migration wizard. I also had to flip my licenses. My Orion NPM had a secondary license and my VMAN appliance had the primary. So I deactivated them both, and…
  • How do I go about viewing Time Travel? Thanks
  • #6 – The bps is coming from the device itself through SNMP and the NetFlow data is coming from exported NetFlow traffic details, so it is possible the router is not exporting all data. We will look into it. Just noticed one thing confusing to me, when looking at NetFlow Node Details of a router and under the Node Interface…

  •  #3 – you can edit the interfaces that show up in the NetFlow Sources resource by clicking “Edit” on the NetFlow Sources resource and unchecking interfaes you do not want to capture traffic data for. It doesn't work for the Riverbed 2020/1020 devices that I am testing. They show up as NBT Technology, Inc. Under each…

  • I have one icon showing up under Imported, but it still puts the color squares behind it even though the icon is a different color for each file up, down etc. It shows the image as gray on all of them. I also tried exporting an image from Visio and saving it as .wmf. I think created four copies of it and named them as…
  • This seems to be fixed in 8.1.0. At least after I upgraded it now works for me.
  • So here is one idea you could do with 1.0 * You can create three subnets and rename them as applicable. * Category Corporate Office* Subnet - Static Systems - first 100 IP's * Subnet - Dynamic Systems - next 200 IP's * Subnet - Rest - last 210 IP's IPAM will then scan all the subnets just like it would a single subnet and…
  • No luck, still get the same error.
  • I don't see a difference from what I'm doing and what you mentioned? I have these setup as ignores in the comparison criteria and they aren't working. The ^! Command, startup and time don't work on my Cisco 9148 and Nexus switches. The ^ip vrf doesn't work on my Cisco 4500 switches. The 3rd one I posted for ^: Written…
  • Hmm, restarted my server and still no luck. So I just copied the default node down alert I think. First I setup a custom property for Critical Nodes with a value of Yes. Evaluate trigger condition every minute. Trigger conditions: Alert on Node All child conditions must be satisfied (AND) Node status = Down Node…
  • Great glad I could help. Do you mind marking my post as helpful or correct answer? I'm closing in on level 10 and need the points . Thanks
  • I have the NPM agent on a machine in each office that I'm using for Netpath.
  • Great thanks. Now I see them in the success center.
  • Sorry if this has been mentioned already as I just skimmed the thread. Anyway to add the option to email a page as a pdf. Say you drill down to a certain point, or get a graph all setup the way you want, then be able to save that view as a pdf and/or email it to someone. I have Acrobat installed and I can print my browser…
  • I just checked and mine still works. I did try and import it though, it just still works after all the upgrades. I'm on the latest version 2018.2 HF3. I did compare the SQL commands and they still look the same.
  • No time like the present but I think I know why. It is because it is a custom SQL report, so it has an SQL tab. The standard/built in ones don't, you have a select fields and Filter tab.
  • Not sure, this was not my original report. I just modified it from another user that posted it. The link is in the description at the top.
  • Made a few changes 1. Added NodeID to the select line and made it a hidden field. 2. Changed Order by statement to ORDER BY 5 DESC. This orders by hours up descending. Thanks
  • I haven't been able to upgrade or test 15.6(1)S yet. but switching all my 4331s from CiscoGen4 to CiscoGen3 poller has worked. Thanks
  • Have you upgraded any to 15.6(1)S or later to see if Solarwinds actually reports correctly yet? Thanks
  • I like your fix to exclude those past/duplicates, but how would I go about adding back in the Status column? Thanks EDIT: Figured it out with my non *QL skills
  • This doesn't seem to be working after upgrading from 9.5 to 10.
  • I have a switch for example that has been up for 11945 hours or about 1 yr 18 weeks. When I look at the node details page this app shows the up time as 0 days, 15 hrs etc. I have a node that has been up for 10905 hrs and your mod shows correct, 436 days 10 hrs etc. Does this have a limit of a certain time that it can't…
  • After working on it, it seems to be with the time constraints. Take them out and the report works. Even worked for me putting in Mon - Fri. There is a thread and blog on using historical reports and time and it should work. Maybe something changed with the latest version at some point. So for now if anyone wants to use the…
  • I have changed jobs and haven't had access to Solarwinds to keep up on this. I have an eval install right now and I see what you guys are saying and it not working with the newer versions. I'm afraid I may not be much help since things have changed so much since I last used it.
  • So ignore my previous posts of changing the poller to the gen 3 working. It did change my 4331 routers from reporting in the red of around 98%, but looking back now memory still isn't correct. I tried mezdem's poller above and now my memory matches what the CLI commands show on my routers. I'm also running the latest NPM…
  • Just to share in case anyone else needs it. In ASDM go to device management - logging - logging filters. Create a new Event list. On the left add Event Class = VPN and severity informational. For message ID filters add 113019. The event class VPN doesn't include the disconnected message needed for this report. The message…
  • This would be nice, but sending all my ASA syslogs to NPM is huge. Do you know how to filter and send only the VPN important stuff? I sent it for awhile and then searched message center and found the entries when a VPN connection was made, but it doesn't give a syslog ID. I think on an ASA you can build message lists based…
  • Found this in a bug report you might want to check out if you haven't already: CSCse02384 Default SNMP Community Strings +----------------------------- Customers can mitigate this vulnerability by changing the SNMP community strings from their default values. This can be accomplished on each WLC by using the menu to access…
  • I forgot to come back and update this, ours is working now. We are running 5.1.0 and 6.0.0 and both show up now. I don't recall what we changed though, might have just been getting Dell Open manage all working.
