Everything I have seen tells me that should work, you could try diagnosing your WMI on that device for problems but if you are getting CPU/Memory and drive information then you should be getting network interface information also. I would probably take this to solarwinds support next.

Ok so an update for this... Did some testing involving a 2620 Router and a 2611 Router.
